WTF is going on?

I can't browse cos every second minute my connection goes dead - no activity, press F5 -nothing! Then its back and pages load quickly for 30 secs and then dead again....

Time slicing by the minute? Manual bandwith management?

"Well lets see, I think noone needs bandwidth from 23h05 until 23h05 and 20 secs, then we'll give it to nonroker for 10 seconds and then arf999 for another 30 seconds, ...oh **** I lost count.....so it was noone at 23h05... or was that 23h06??? oh **** it, just switch the damn thing off, nobody will notice anyhow"

and they say it will be fixed by the end of the month. hah. the testing phase is testing of good speeds one would think.. but the experienced among us know that Sentech is lying through their teeth. And who gives a fck what they say anyway.. its the actions we care about. Not promises or excuses or blaming of users. Sub 5KB/sec is unacceptable during dead hours like after 1AM.

8KB/s hard capped is unacceptable for a 256K connection aswell.

nothing thats what, I reallt feel we should force refunds for this month, so that I can get ADSL installed.
