Anybody else getting the following error when visiting some websites?

403 Forbidden
The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list.
Could not open error file

I'm getting that on www.google.com, www.gizmodo.com, www.engadget.com. Tried on both Mweb and TelkomSA ADSL accounts. All was fine until a few minutes ago. Logged into my home PC - same thing! There is no firewall/proxy involved on my local LAN or at home..so wth?

www.gamespot.com
www.gamerankings.com

True - it is Telkom after all. Luckily I'm not experiencing it anymore, maybe it's making its way through the country.

Happened to me too, seems to be ok now but probably not for long. Axxess says its got something do with Telkom upgrading the Rosebank exchange.
