no i'm not an "ekspert". but your situation is not the same as having a pair of surgical scissors or forceps left inside the abdomen of a person. and i'm still not buying this story. just go google the many cases of these where these objects were left behind by mistake and the amount of pain these patients suffered before these objects were discovered.
