no i'm not an "ekspert". but your situation is not the same as having a pair of surgical scissors or forceps left inside the abdomen of a person. and i'm still not buying this story. just go google the many cases of these where these objects were left behind by mistake and the amount of pain these patients suffered before these objects were discovered.

Yes, either the doctor or the OP is just lying. People just go around making up stories about surgical equipment stuck in their bodies the whole day long. Just the other day I was sitting on the bus and a lady told me she had a heart-rate monitor stuck in her colon and asked what legal recourse I thought she could take.
