Ford bantam or mazda rustler 1600 thread.

Hi all, I do my job, and part-time another job, which I use a flatbed trailer for. I normally load the stuff I make onto it, making the load between 350kg and sometimes 500kg. So the trailer with load is between 550kg and 700kg. Then I tow it with my Jetta 4 tdi, which has more than enough torque for the job, but I don't like it to do it. How will a ford bantam 160 or 160i, or mazda equivalent do the job?
