I think your fuel line is blocked. You said that wynn's cleared it for a week or two. There's your problem right there- fuel delivery is not optimal.

Thanks @ArtyLoop. Is cleaning the fuel line something I can easily do myself i.e buying a cleaner over-the-counter like the Wynn's diesel injector+turbo cleaner or is it a job that requires a proper mechanic?

Nope, take it to a good mechanic, not the stealership

I'd make sure they actually replaced it, it's a relatively common issue for even the dealers to "forget" to replace the fuel filter. Also some fuel filters only get replaced every 50,000km.
