I had it done at the doctor's rooms at the age of 17 due to the exact same reason. The only thing hurting a bit is the injection. They will use those self dissolving stitches. For the first few days it will be hellishly uncomfortable when the glans touches your underwear, but once you get used to it, you'll wonder why you hadn't done it sooner.

So I finally went to the Doc this past week and he took a look and just said that it's Phimosis

He just checked my sugar - Which was 4.6 at 2pm
Asked me to see my Penis - Made me pull the skin back a bit and gave his diagnosis

His conclusion was that I need to get circumcised - I don't want to lose my hoodie

Go to a decent doctor and not one of those "Surgery" ones in the CBD.

You can use a steroid cream on your skin to thin it a bit and then stretch it by getting hard and pulling it back everyday until it completely pulls back.

Friend of mine had the same and his is fixed (apparently, I didn't see xD)
