Yes. You probably have a yeast infection. Something like candizole might help. Pull foreskin back as far as comfortably and apply cream.

This does not mean you have icky cock but your partner might have gifted it to you through unprotected sex.

But if you feel you must, go to your GP, they are professional (except the doctor that checked mine out) seeing as I doubt you want to lose your penis.

You give GPs way too little credit.. they don't always know everything but, they will look know what next steps are needed in order to help you further.. The important part is, that they know when they can help and when you need to be referred elsewhere, for whatever tests may be needed or specialist need to look at your Wang..

Rather that, than do nothing and have your schlong fall off like a ram's balls who had a skaap rekkie...

Exactly. Don't mess around with infections especially down there. FYI STD's have a nasty habit of being sore / itchy /whatever and then disappearing long enough for you to think they are 'gone', then reappearing with horrific consequences. GET IT CHECKED OUT!!!
