Why am I getting flack for questioning his age and that he is still living in a res?
It is in no way meant as a comment about studying at a later stage, it is a question of why is he allowed to stay in res where there's likely 18 to 20 yrs olds living there as well.

I think you may be misinterpreting that. Its 4 years minimum for Llb, and you can do your llm directly thereafter. So best case, its his 5th year of study.

The really worrying part is how the bursary continued after the Hitler episode. Wtf

I reckon that's a bit of a silly question - he's obviously protesting for the rights of others.

They're all supposed to be adults, so what's the problem? Having a personal opinion that it's creepy doesn't make it creepy.
 
Some comments on Facebook mentioned that he is not a South African, but from Swaziland. Don't know if its confirmed?

If so, this is one entitled mother-effer, to be given the opportunity to study in SA, all expenses paid, and then still burn down universities and try to start a 'revolution'

From what I understand he was born in Swaziland but has subsequently gained SA citizenship.

I think, though, one of the court's reasons for not granting bail is that they fear he may flee back there if released.

He was born in swailand thus a citizen, he grew up in sa so probably has dual citizenship for all we know. If he doesn't then let him rot in jail for a few years and deport him, either way he should spend a few years behind bars.
 
Amazing how this maniac who is calling for white genocide, is having his studies paid for by the government. Some white tannie uses the word monkey and all hell breaks loose, but his wanting to do to white people what Hitler did is totally ok?

I'm pretty sure he is quietly soiling his pants though.... since such a little precious flower might be violated whilst in custody.
