Rosberg: "Sebastian will see my taillights on many occasions"

I think this season can determine much of what remains of Rosberg's career, and his eventual legacy. Pre-season talk is cheap, but if he Lewis trounces him again... Never mind the possibility of big swings in teams' performance relative to one another. With the development now allowed during the season, Merc could suddenly find themselves far removed from their dominant position of last year... 2015 has all the makings of a great F1 season.

2015 Fantasy Formula 1

I am sorry for barging into your thread.

I am asking for the allowance to introduce my non-commercial Fantasy F1 site (it's just a Formula 1 Fan site). Because Formula 1 do not give a permission for the usage of the trademarks 'F1', 'Formula 1' or 'Grand Prix' to anyone, I don't use this terms anymore. That's why it's very difficult to promote my site and I hope you give me a chance.

Maybe PFRL.net could be an interesting site for Fantasy F1 players.

Thank you for your time
Maverick

Massa suspects Williams is not getting equal engines

http://en.espnf1.com/australia/motorsport/story/194771.html

Massa should speak to Pat Symonds who rubbished the claim and dissed Ron Dennis...

Before McLaren switched to Honda power last year, Ron Dennis said it is impossible for a customer team to win the world championship. Do you agree with that?

Well, when he was the works Mercedes team he got beaten by Brawn, didn't he? Maybe it's just difficult for him to win. Just like it's difficult for him to find title sponsors.

Giedo van der Garde hopes F1 changes will come from his legal fight with Sauber

Former Formula One driver Giedo van der Garde hopes that some good for the sport will come of the awkwardness of his situation at the 2015 season opener in Australia in which a judge ruled that van der Garde did, in fact, have a contract that should have put him in the car.

Instead, the team gave him the cold shoulder and ultimately offered a financial settlement believed to be in the neighborhood of $16 million for the driver to just go away and give up his legal fight.

A Melbourne judge ordered that van der Garde be granted access to the Sauber garage at Albert Park for a seat fitting prior to the F1 Australian GP, and the 29-year-old now admits: "It felt very strange.

"I find it hard to describe what I really went through -- (girlfriend) Denise can confirm that. But I knew that I must remain cool," van der Garde told the Dutch magazine Formule 1. "I should have gone to the team and said 'Hello, I'm here to drive.' But then I went to the motorhome and nobody said anything. All those people I worked with before, ignored me.

"Nobody looks at you and you think to yourself 'What's going on?' I walked to (team manager) Beat (Zehnder) and he shoved me a race suit and shoes and said 'Here.' I dressed in the garage to have the seat fitting, but the pedals were set up for (Marcus) Ericsson. Nothing could be changed. They didn't adjust the foam -- nothing. Just two mechanics (were there), as everyone else was sent away. That was very weird, because normally they would be there, working. I don't know what the team told those guys, but if they are honest, they would acknowledge that they only received their salaries because of our early payment in 2014. And then suddenly we are the enemies, which is of course bull****.

"I understand that they were worried their jobs were in jeopardy, but I think we deserved a little more credit. Only the engineers behaved normally, saying 'If I was treated like that, I too would stand up for my rights.' It's nice when you get respect like that, including from many drivers and team bosses. All in all it's been good. Sure, I'm out of the seat, my dream is gone, but I think it might change F1 now.

"I have spoken to Alexander Wurz, the chairman of the (Grand Prix Drivers Association), and he is adamant that there should be better fairness in Formula One. I hope he succeeds, because this must never happen again."
