Forum problems: Please post them here

Occasionally in advanced edit mode it says "You've selected 2 posts that are not part of this thread". No idea where those come from & they don't appear to be actually quoted.

For last two/three days my most recent posts and new are not reflecting on my profile settings. I usually short cut to my profile to follow up on my recent posts and threads but eventually end up scrolling through the "todays posts" to find my threads.

Whooo it seems to be working again... cancel that.

None of the buttons in the quick reply box and the advanced reply box are working. I can't remember how to add a hyperlink manually, please fix the buttons. Thanks

"Go to last post" button does not work when I click it from my list of subscribed threads in User Control Panel. It just goes to the first post of that thread.

It works 100% when you are browsing threads and click it, but not when I use it from my control panel.

I have to say, the forum is working very smoothly since this (set of) fix(es). Lots of little niggles, like marking of unread posts, have just got better!

New Posts and searches seem to display only the last 3 pages. Anybody else experiencing this?

Cannot see the links under my settings. I need to hover my mouse over the area & hope I select the correct link. :(

posted same problem 21st June... still not fixed 10th July

This is to be expected - we limited the search output to test the load. We may increase it again soon :)

Is it possible to have it as a configurable option in the user CP (with the default set to 3 pages)? The problem is that I don't check the site throughout the day, and may have missed threads that I was involved in earlier in the day :)

You can view the threads you have posted in or manually subscribed to in your subscriptions section - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription

Even if you don't post in a thread, you can select "thread tools" in the thread and click on the "subscribe to this thread" link. This is far easier to manage than looking out for little green ticks over a few pages...

Can this please be changed back to how it was? Three pages are about two hours worth. It is impossible to keep updated on all the posts; you basically have to check each hour.

PLEASE!!!

The "Go to last post" button in subscriptions no longer working for me, just takes me to the beginning of thread.

Same story here! its terribly frustrating.

Also old threads i haven't looked at in ages still seem to pop up for no apparent reason even after i checked the thread, it goes away but lo and behold the next morning that same STALE thread still greets me.

It is a bit better now but it still does show all the posts since marking all read. PLEASE fix this RPM?

New post is up from 3 pages to 8 pages now. Still not good enough.

Can I PLEASE see ALL my unread pages since marking pages as read.

I can not believe no one else has a problem with this? Am I the only one? :(

After Editing a post when the "save" is clicked the return to the original thread page either does not happen or are very slow. I rather refresh the page to see if the edited changed was saved in the thread. I only one got a message back saying that the edit is complete and I am returned to the page.
