High prices doesn't justify a crime. I'd bet that 99% of the people hacking accounts would continue even if the prices came down, which is sad all by itself.

How much did u lose? Have your confirmed 100% that it was someone else using the account (not a ghost connection, isp testing account, router's connection)?

I would not be so sure about the cops being lazy, I hear someone was caught. So if you are stealing accounts, STOP, if you dont, you may get caught.
