Had this weird experience with Foxytech.
Ordered a motherboard from them on the 28th. Other that the order confirmation there has been no progress on the order. So tried calling and using social media to communicate with no response. So i used messenger on facebook and got this reply.

Has anyone else dealt with them ? Not sure i will again.

Edit. It turns out this is not the same Foxytech as the online store, but rather someone out to infuriate their customers.

One of the strangest replies to a customer I've seen in a while. Someone has spent money with you - just give them a normal answer instead if this nonsense. Also weird they'd comms like this knowing full well it's likely to end up on the internet somewhere.

(Was gonna shout scam but see they're on carbonite. Never heard of them)

Seems to be part of them "meme culture"

And the item shows In Stock... so not sure why it would take 8 days to deliver....

Wow... that is generally not how you respond to a customer, even if its your supposed "company culture" crap.

Was trying to think of a way in which they could've replied & still sent the pics...but really it still felt off even after a decent response. Like - I'm waiting for a reply for an order, please don't waste your time sending me cat pics.

When it comes to queries about outstanding orders, there is only one acceptable response style, and that is short, sweet and to the point.

Money was paid, and the customer needs to know where the product is... cat pictures do not ever enter into the picture.

The last time I checked, Foxytech was quite in with the younger gamer crowd, seen them punted by streamers and tweeps. I have no idea about their meme culture, though I can see it work, they avoided engaging with the OP by dealing with it in a 'meme' way. I have seen, or rather experienced, it elsewhere most recently, but not going to elaborate here.

Are memes cool, hell yes, does it address customer concerns, no. Time and place, and all that, but some will disagree, especially the shills.

So you have to keep asking about your order, and when they do respond its pictures about cats that has nothing to do with your order. I will rather stay clear of them.
