To be fair... after i wrote a burning mail to Foxytech i got this response.

"I really cannot express how sorry we are about the massive inconvenience to thus far. There is absolutely no excuse to make up for it, and I would personally absolutely use it.

From our side I’ve escalated it with our distributor to sort out their mess as soon as possible, as in tomorrow as soon as possible as it is unacceptable as the order was handled and handed over to the couriers within 24hrs from your order was received.

I will be all over it during the course of the morning personally to sort it out and ensure you get your item post-haste. You should never had to wait for it to begin with.

Again, from our side and personally I express our humble apologies for the absolute mess up.

I’m going to give you a quick call as well, so you will probably only see this email after our quick conversation.

Here is my communication quickly with our account manager at Rectron"

Why be a grumpy kitty? We in the age where professional journalists are not purrfect. This is a online forum not an english exam. Anyway, just remember, English is often times the 2nd or 3rd/4th language for the majority of South Africans.
 
If they were not so invested in making kitty memes, they might have actually spent the hours sorting the balls up in the first place.

Commercially it isn't Rectron which shipped the wrong order, or goods, to the customer. @Robocop has no relationship with Rectron in this transaction. Meeuw.

At this stage i'm feeling like the second pic. And jumping up and down. That's why i'm not particularly worried about grammar and spelling errors right this minute.
i had a serious build to complete before last weekend and this is the only outstanding component.

Damn what I saw earlier, it's like watching someone use a mouse to click and drag to highlight a word, then right click on the word, and then click on "copy" in the menu, go to where they want to paste it, press space bar enough times to "make space" for the word, click and drag to highlight the empty space, then right click and click on "paste".
