FPS Map creator

Anyone know of a simple free fps map drag and drop style creator. Does not have to be high quality maps just a fast way to create walls and floor.

Do you have to shoot in it or is it for design purposes? I would look at Google Sketch if it's the latter. It will allow a first person view.

not for now its just to test character navigation.

Or you could try Minecraft
