Thought I'd add a post like this as it seems to be a repeated question.

Auslogics disk defrag (especially if you are running windows xp or similar as it can be run on a schedule). It also moves system files to the beginning of the disk and can be set to delete temp files beforehand.

CCleaner Registry cleaner.

Temp File Cleaner.
Windows disc cleanup really sucks at this.

The above cover the basics, anyone have anything else they would like to add?

I used to use Glary Utilities, before I upgraded my Auslogics Boost Speed to the full version.

Malwarebytes - malwarebytes.org - get rid of all the malware your AV just ignores.
Defraggler - made by piriform - the same people as CCleaner - use it to defrag your hdd.
TuneUp - free trial - but its a nice app - anyone have a free alternative?

Sorry, I've just seen the thread had to do with maintenance Tools. But, on the off-chance you aren't familiar with PDF-XChange Viewer give it a go. You won't be sorry.
