Thought I'd add a post like this as it seems to be a repeated question.

Auslogics disk defrag (especially if you are running windows xp or similar as it can be run on a schedule). It also moves system files to the beginning of the disk and can be set to delete temp files beforehand.

Regularly use Auslogics disk defrag and CCleaner; can also recommend Revo Uninstaller - freeware version works great.

Not specifically maintenance (which has been asked 5 times in the last month alone).

Malwarebytes - malwarebytes.org - get rid of all the malware your AV just ignores.
Defraggler - made by piriform - the same people as CCleaner - use it to defrag your hdd.
TuneUp - free trial - but its a nice app - anyone have a free alternative?

Thanks for the recommendations, here's an excellent bit of software called PDF-XChange Viewer for to use when wanting to view/modify or perform editing of PDF files
