Thought I'd add a post like this as it seems to be a repeated question.
Auslogics disk defrag (especially if you are running windows xp or similar as it can be run on a schedule). It also moves system files to the beginning of the disk and can be set to delete temp files beforehand.

Windows disc cleanup really sucks at this.
