It refers to all customers who will receive the communication via SMS. Customer who didn't receive the SMS wont participate on this campaign.

I received SMS's on two R49 Starter Packs. Never loaded airtime, just consuming pre-allocated 200MB per month data. When finished, I put it away and put another SIM. This is a targeted profile I assume.Specific customers? Explain.

I think what CamiKaze was asking is why are only specific customers participating in the campaign. What makes them specific? How did Telkom Mobile identify these specific customers?

I have 1 8ta sim I have for ages now changed it to sim sonke and I have a R49 prepaid internet staterpack since launch that I ported my number to and not 1 of the received a sms.... SIGH.
I have four R49 Starter's on default (8ta more) tariff and one older SIM on PSB Promo. Two Starter's received SMS, two other do not. I use all in identical way, so some random selection must be in place.The system is used to generate the leads for selecting customers and as a result not all customers are selected.

I got free data bundles in December and this week I got free stuff (SMSs).
The free stuff always went to ... (drum roll) ... the SIM that was in the LG Optimus One at that time.
I have 250 Telkom mobile minutes free, expiring because everyone I helped get a tm sim forgets to charge that phone and carry it with them![]()
