I see that they now inlude LIT in the freeme boost bundles.

R299 for the 5GB Free Me includes both Lit music and Lit Video. :) Better value for money than the R229 for the stand alone.

Okay so on the Telkom more you can actually get decent value.

Recharge with R299 to buy freeme boost 5GB.

R299 free airtime valid for 7 days this will be used to call other networks.
5GB all net data
25GB LIT Video for Youtube, Showmax and DSTV Now
5GB LIT Music for apple music, play music or simfy
300 Telkom minutes
500mb whatsapp ect
100 sms/mms
10gb wifi.

Not a bad deal for R299. Make use of *123# for extra promotions. Now that Cellc social bundles are coming to an end end of this month looks like Telkom will replace Cellc for me.

I'm getting 25gb LIT video because of the 5GB freeme boost. I guess you get 50GB when you take the 10GB freeme boost or higher.

So yes they now include LIT in the Freeme Boost bundles or you can just buy LIT data @ R99 for lit music or R229 for lit video. They are not that good value for money and you will most likely be better of with a Freeme Boost bundle that include the LIT service.

So Free Me Boost 2GB and 3GB includes LIT music for free. Free Me Boost 5GB includes 5GB LIT music and 25GB LIT Video. Free Me Boost 10GB or higher would include 10GB LIT Music and 50GB LIT Video.

If you run out of the LIT data you can always just but the extra LIT bundles. 10GB LIT Music for R99 once off or 50GB LIT Video for R229 once off.

You can also top up with Free Me Boost bundles again and although it will not extend the previous bundle expiry date which is 31 days from date of purchase it will give you the exact same allocations again with 31 days expiry.

I'm using R50 recharge vouchers from takealot: [comes with additional free WiFi too]

1. load one per week or as needed for the free airtime to call other networks

2. Use the accumulated standard airtime to buy FreeMe Boost 2GB/5GB bundle.

My problem is I sometimes get close klapping all the 300min Telkom minutes- better to buy a second bundle in that case rather than one large one :)

Telkom only voice bundles are relatively cheap too so you could look at those too.
