My guess: she hasn't told him because just now he wants to keep it.

...or she doesn't know. I read the words "possibly daddy was a fling"
 
Question is how is you lending her the money going to affect you, I would feel like i lended a hand in terminating a possible life. Keep that in mind

Don't need him, others have said pretty much all the despicable things he would come up with anyways.

OP, help her out. It can't be an easy decision for her I'm sure. And the money thing only makes it worse.
 
Hmmm... I think that the first needs to figure out what her situation actually is? Possibly being pregnant by a possible fling is not a good way to seek out help.

But- should it go from possible to definitive, then I agree with the others here. Help her out financially, but moreso, emotionally. Must be the most difficult decision for any woman to have to make, and she will need support on it.
 
Update: She wasn't pregnant. Mentioned that she should do another test to confirm.

The guy she was with is currently in Germany and they are not on speaking terms as he does not want a relationship at the moment.
