I contacted my ISP to get IPv6 enabled after turning it on on my router, got everything going except default gateway, this was back in September 20th, they got in contact with you the same day, you suggested a restart (after ONT on 146 days, amazing what a battery does), did so and still no IPv6.

Since then, I've contacted my ISP every month, with them stating they've were pending feedback from your ME team on the 15th of November, it is now the 9th of December and still no answer.

I just want a default gateway please, why is everything that is a technical issue so difficult with you guys? Months to diagnose packet loss, and months to just get an IPv6 address, something that should be a given on any modern network.

The original ticket #1193770, you can ask my ISP to update me on the situation, they're pretty good with keeping in contact, you're not.

Pretty sure your ISP supplies you with the IP allocation. Frogfoot would be delivering a L2 service towards the ISP.

When you go to speedtest.net, you should see your ISP's name, not Frogfoot as your ISP, which indicates it's their IP.

IPv6 gateway works via router advertisements, others on ISP network on FF are able to get the gateway, just a handful of clients that don't work, this points to there being an issue with one of the switches/link layer.
