Frogfoot in Table View

Anyone in Table View using Frogfoot? I'm moving to the area and the previous owners said they had issues with Frogfoot and switched to Vumatel. Frogfoot is quite a bit cheaper than Vuma (at least with Afrihost), so I'm wondering what your experience with it is.

If you enjoy logging support calls with your ISP then Frogfoot is the FNO for you.

I'm using Frogfoot with HomeConnect as my ISP. Over the 4 years I've been using them, I've had less than a week's internet downtime. Most of their issues are periodic degradation in service. You'll still have internet but your speeds will fluctuate. This happens about 2 or 3 times a week for a few minutes each time.

Frogfoot definitely deserve their poor reputation, but for my use case (I'm not a gamer so latency is not a deal breaker) the cost savings balance out the minor inconveniences.

We in the same boat. Although, Vumatel and Openserve runs past. The block I'm in is on a 10 year agreement

Go to the Table View fibre facebook group, and see how those people complain over frogfoot.

Sporadic packet loss and speed fluctuations. If you have any other choice go with it. I left them for 2 years and just joined again. Speeds were fine for 4 weeks then bam, random losses during peak times. Now starts my personal hell of proving this to them.

Frogfoot and Octotel cheap's out where they can! They also run cheaper GPON networks.
