I am going to lose it with this garbarge of a company.

Do they have warehouse in cpt I can go to to speak to an actual person?

Short version: Watch series 3, touch screen, wifi and bt died(screen does display and button works). Ebucks store says, core wont fetch it, it is locked to icloud. All devices locked to icloud is considered stolen with Core they say.
Device has been removed from icloud and reset. Due not having bluetooth it cant be setup again.( have send them pictures)
Due to watch not be able to comunicate to anything it can't tell icloud it has been removed, I did forceful removal on my side as per suggestion from apple support.

They don't seem to understand this and keep on tell me its stolen due to icloud lock.

I am lost on this, been going on for 2 months, i just want to return the item.

I acutally do yes, as purchased it from ebucks store. Ebucks store says warranty is with core and they say don't fetch locked devices lol

how can they say its locked if you have the box and the invoice.

So even if you take it to an iStore with the PoP to prove it's not stolen?

Not tried that, guess il give that batch over weekend. Through warranty has expired while while I struggled to get core to collect the device

Ouch! Sounds like Core is friends with Part Serve.

You will need to contact Apple for assistance with removing this before Core can collect the unit or you can also visit your nearest iStore for assistance and if they give you a reference when you call or visit them to say that is has been disabled then we can use that to push back with.



I have tried everything even double checked the serial number on our system and they saying that the activation lock is still on and for security reasons any assessment despite the issue cannot be done unless that lock is disabled.



We will have to close the query because it’s now out of the SLA period, however once you get confirmation from Apple you can let me know to open another query for you and we will do it on our side

So yeah once your apple watch break it and cant connect anymore your product warranty is useless.

Yup. I know of two people who took their MBP's in for a screen replacement on the recall due to the coating wiping away.

Both ended up having quotes sent through stating that their logic boards had failed, and needed to be replaced.

They are a terrible, pathetic company.

I managed to go to store and they helped removing activation lock. Now core wants proof of prevouis call to Apple while the device was still under warranty before they will send someone to collect lol

They really don't want replace the device.

I do have proof of the call atleast.
