You need to use the Samsung members app on the phone to claim the welcome pack.

Can you please check if they fixed the delay when searching inside settings? IE, make sure settings is not running in the background / open settings / search for something and let me know if there is a wheel spinning.

Nope. Not the ones from MTN and Vodacom.

This is my experience, with above issues (N8)
If i go to Settings /search then yes, it takes like 3 seconds or 4 seconds.
However if i stay on the "settings search results" and search again/further it search results shows instantly, as i type.
If i go back to first settings page, then yes it again has that slight "lag".

Mine had a sticker wrapped around the box with the voucher number on it.
