Galaxy S4 Battery Draining Issue

Yes! :)

Just remember it's full HD resolution....there are only a few chipsets that can actually drive a full HD mobile phone display at the mo....and it will suck more juice.

Then removing the memory card really worked. The battery is at 64% with 1h and 50 min of screen on time
 
What is your average screen on time on a full battery? I just want to compare with mine so I can see if I get less than I can expect.

Kingrob just secretly wishes he had a S4, even though he publicly calls it ugly :p

It depends what you are using your phone for, but I typically get between 3 - 5hrs 'Screen on' time with normal use. If I stream music via Tunein, then I get faster battery drain.
Yours is definitely looking better though.

Yeah its definitely a noticeable difference. Im glad I'm getting the battery life I should be getting
 
Thanks for everyone's help! The problem is solved and my battery life is great today. The fix was to remove the memory card and wipe the phone. Just a quick question: will it make a difference in battery life if I put all my media back onto my phone but not the memory card? I will only put the music on individually and scan for virusses before I put it back onto the phone. Same goes for the pictures

The problem isn't caused by a virus, probably just a corrupted .mp3 file.
I would backup the MicroSD, format it in a PC, then copy back the data that is absolutely necessary. Then put it back and monitor battery again.
