I ordered on 26 April. Got a call and approved on 30 April at which point I was told it will take 10 - 15 working days for delivery. Got an SMS on 3 May to say the order is with the courier. Still waiting for contact from the courier company

Do you guys take insurance on the device through FNB aswell? Is it worth it or would you suggest something else? Thanks.

I included it as part of my household insurance with Virgin. Not sure what FNB's excess is like tho. Didn't ask

I ordered mine on the 27th. I got a call on the 2nd May to say it will take 10 to 15 working day. On working day 13 i get a sms to say its been sent to the couriers and the couriers will be in touch with me. Still havent heard anything now and its already the 23rd. FNB is useless. Im regretting moving over to them, should have stayed with Nedbank. Also if you check hellopeter.com you will notice no other bank gets as many complaints as FNB do and a lot of people are complaining about waiting for their S4.

FNB does everything they can to get your business but once they have it they dont give 2 flying ***** about you. Worst customer service ever.

@FNBSA

You wont regretting moving to them as a bank. It is only the complaints about cellphones and we know they are not really in the cellphone business.

Bribery to get your business. Seems like they have taken note of how well it works in politics.

FNB is going into the cell business from 2014 or thereabouts they will be offering contracts. Say goodbye Nashua mobile
