of course it won't. there were huge advances in mobile technology in the time the s1, s2 and s3 came out. Not as much in the last year give or take. But its the same with anything that's farely new. It starts out with improvements in leaps and bounds and once the initial 'hurdles' have been crossed, it becomes increasingly more difficult to make those leaps as big as the last.

Agreed. Hence the addition of gimmicks like the heart rate sensor/fitness apps.

true. but people have to realize that leaps going forward will get smaller and smaller, until the next big innovation. waiting for that innovation could be years away, so that keep going with an old phone just because the jump won't be big enough.

chance are, having a phone that suck you off is still a couple of years off :P just get the s5 and be done with it already.

I'm a bit old school, so important to me that I got everything I had on my S2.

I couldn't go without my FM Radio + RDS widget and app. :)

ah. my note 3 is my first note. enjoying it more than i did my S4. think i'm going to miss it when i get my S5. But it won't be far. Giving the Note to my wife. So if I don't like to S5, I can just swap her again.

Ou Faanman, I will never understand you.

The S5 is the new Polo GTI, but the Note 3 remains the Golf GTI and always will.

The Golf can do everything the Polo can, but have so many extras that's not be found in the baby Golf. ;)

It's a safe trade to make, if I don't like it, I just give it to my wife and take back the Note 3 and wait for the Note 4. easy as pie.

No, please keep the S5.

Since your wife is by now used to getting the leftovers, for once she will actually be better off if she gets the Note 3 and you take the S5. ;)
