I have decided to do some modding for Grand Theft Auto IV due to the fact than im fed up with the sloppy work with some of the mods out there (not all, but most).
I have done a lot of google research on modding tools and programs and all that stuff, i mainly want to mod vehicles but i dont know what stuff to get in order to mod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
