Hey guys we looking at starting a wisp and need to know if guys would be interested in links of up to 2mbps for R399 a month either with 20gig cap or uncapped ?? Utorrent wont be allowed but http downloads will.

Sounds good as long as you keep the pings low. Don't bother blocking uTorrent, people will just use an international proxy from port 80 outwards to get around your firewall. Rather prioritise QOS IP ranges to SA game servers and international MMO servers.

yeah thought of that as well think it could work as well. see if i run layer 7 protocol checking i can see whats p2p and then then the ssl secure ports gets a queues as well??? Im also thinking of putting a utorrent server on the network so people can use that instead of going directly???
