It's downloading now on my S4... but I can't stop playing Global Outbreak! You guys have to give it a try... It's addictive! ;)

It is way to slow, it takes forever to get to one mission, not my kind of game, the waiting game...
 
It's actually kind of both which is unique. I know what you mean it took me a while with my S2 now with my S4 I'm comfortable with it

This is a good game, worth getting, the updates are massive when they do release updates, but it's worth it because it's free but to get the cars is a mission unless you play for hours and or buy them.
