I am thinking of getting a gaming laptop (Clevo) to use as a mobile workstation. Can anyone share their experience on this class of laptops on how the thermals are and if they tend to suffer in hot environments? In this usage case it is likely that all cores will be loaded.
A small bit of back story. I am sometimes using Dell business type laptops for field work. These can overheat under those conditions. The mitigation for these problems can sometimes make lugging around a desktop system easier. A laptop with good cooling would be even better.
