I think the admins of this forum should add a seperate category for GConnect under Other Broadband Services!
Had a big issue downloading an Aion Client Update this past weekend and lost my connection! After sending their support an email, I recieved late Sunday Afternoon a phone call from Braam the Cient Service manager who was very apologetic and offered me a refund for the 800megs that I had lost!
What wonderful service!
He said that their mission was to have the quickest and best support team in South Africa...By God...THEY ARE DOING IT!!
