Gear Fit

Does anybody know if the Samsung Gear Fit will work with other phones? Or is it just certain Galaxy ranges?

From what i know, it will work on certain devices but running Android 4.3 and up, but not sure if its only Sammy devices or if it work on others as well

any specific specs you running at the moment? im assuming you are on lollipop and running Bluetooth 4.0? I want to see if it will run with Xiaomi Redmi Note 2

On Marshmallow, but it did work on Lollipop before I updated to 6

thanks will give it a try, if it doesnt work, will just sell it. Did you have to download a companion type app on the play store to pair it with your Z5?

Really not sure don't know much about the Fit, when you pair watch and phone you load the Samsung Gear app on your phone from the play store and load S-health on your phone as well and then it all just worked :erm:
