I don't know a user from 2008, that hasn't made any recent posts, suddenly pops up asking questions about a website, noting prices being good. I find it a little suspect, especially a new website. I have seen some interesting and clever advertising, if true takes the cake.

Convenience of the "owner" showing up on the same day to post, especially on a Sunday, with an account created in June but never posted any thing. Smells like a rat. Considering a quick google search, indexed this thread 14 hours ago and unless the "owner" of the store searched the actual web address in google, who does that and how often, there would be no way the "owner" would have been aware of this thread's existence.

I hate advertisers, especially sneaky ones.

I came across the post as we are busy optimizing our Google ads and SEO,

My only goal is to defend my business as alot of investment were put in and this posts is unnecessary bad publicity towards my company.

I would like to set the record straight that Www.gearhere.co.za is legit.

That isn't our problem and members are entirely entitled to treat it suspiciously, and caution any users against the service, especially with missing details like physical address. It would be quite easy to look up the address on google maps and confirm legitimacy some more. That is still no guaranty either.

Then you should contact Mybb staff and get an official representative account.
Why do you have an account here created months ago and never posted. ?

Thank you for the advice, will definitely contact MyBB.

I created a account in June to view posts Never felt the need to be active on here, I think tonight is my 2nd time ever logging in, even had to change my password as I couldn't remember it.

Im waiting on Googles verification letter to arrive in order for them to list our address.

I appreciate the feedback so much and we will focus on building the integrity. I think it is a challenge that comes with any new business. But we are definitely up for the challenge.
