So, what you do think of Nvidia's new beast?
a 9800GX2 beats it in certain games? [Beta drivers] Still not a Huge improvement IMO

Just have to wait for the HD48xx series, to be launched... HD4850 is starting to look like a nice cheap new option for me

Not realy had more Nvidia cards than ATI ones. TNT2/MX440/9600GT/6600GT Just that the new GTX series is kind of a flop and HD48xx is looking a little better

I don't understand people saying they are not impressed. The card is a monster, the problem is that it's too powerful. It's just too expensive and not needed for most of todays games.

I'm duly impressed, but I really expected more based on the publicity this card received. I expected it to be a proper 9800GX2 killer

Yup, not that I am going to get one myself. But I heard the 4850 will come much cheaper with better performance than 9800GTX. Will see.
