They had an unbalanced 3-phase 400V load would be my guess, or the infrastructure was not maintained at all... I was using around ~40kW on the racks -dedicated 3 phase 60A supply.

Everything just tripped, inverter came on and neighbourhood plunged into darkness, bar smoke and flames from the db box.
