So,the most worthwhile ram for me to buy,(8 gigs of it since im upgrading to vista 64 bit)will be...DDR2-????

Also,im not overclocking,so does lower latency timings matter,or should i just go with the cheapest available ram?

I agree with QX6700RULZ, since DDR2-800 is so cheap currently there is no reason not to buy the fastest RAM you can afford

If you aren't planning on overclocking there's no real reason to buy expensive, name-brand RAM modules.
