general website/vpn enquiry

Hi guys,

I host a website for a business.
Strange issue, and uncertain if this is the right place for it

When i visit the website without a VPN it says "error, page took too long to respond" / "site took too long to respond" etc..
but when i switch on the VPN (nordvpn), i can access it fine.

It's hosted with HostGator
1. I've cleared cache on all browsers (edge / chrome / firefox)

Might be a DNS issue
Try using Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 as the DNS and try again

Right under the noses of the Texas financial authorities.

Anyways. Most probably it's a shared IP that has appeared on a level 1 alert.

Look up the IP on Talos, Alienvault or Xforce.

If it's a local business, move the web site local.
