Reminds me of the taxi strikes in JHB in the early 90's. Cops took shelter against the bricks behind taxis blocking an intersection. No sure what was more chaotic, the flying bricks or the rioters realizing they're bricking their own taxis.

It's called posturing. You overstate and bandwagon another country's issues so you can make your own seem small.
Example: Iran also condemning the US' response and yet they themselves shot and killed hundreds earlier this year.

I remember seeing that among all this drama somewhere, my take away from this is that the US should get off their soap box as their country isn't as perfect as they are trying to portrait in the media and the movies. At this rate we'll have mexicans jumping the border wall to get back.
