Perhaps looks at socio-economic data rather than skin colour? Or are you suggesting that black people are genetically predisposed to commit crime or do you think that there are socio-economic and societal factors at work? Do you think a black man raised with a middle class upbringing in the suburbs is also that much more inclined to commit crime than his white compatriots?

Why do people always take the lazy (and racist route) by saying "blacks commit more crime" as opposed to"saying "working class poor people in sh*tty areas with bleak futures commit more crime"

Goes both ways, lefties also go the easy route by saying "cops kill blacks" as opposed to saying "cops kill criminals/suspects, a large proportion of which consists of working class poor people in sh*tty areas with bleak futures who commit more crime"

I brought that up earlier in the thread and the response was that being poor is no excuse (true I guess). But if you took the time to look at socio economic conditions vs crime across all race groups you'd find a strong correlation.

That is disgusting. Once again the USA seem to be cementing their **** hole status. I wonder if the local mybroederbond members will be commenting on this.

There's also a lot of single parents in these communities which gets ignored flat out for some reason in any conversation as to why the poverty and crime situation doesn't seem to improve.


I understand why it's embarrassing for the left wing to dig into this because marriage stability which provides a stronger household foundation to raise kids is associated with western culture. It's these core failures in society they turn a blind eye too while moaning about the outcomes of these problems.

Fair point and I do agree that militaristic, badly trained and trigger happy cops who only care about their own welfare (versus the public at large) are a problem for all races. The problem is , as long a people push the narrative that "blacks are more likely to commit crime, have no respect for human life" the worse the problem gets. Cops will internalize this feeling (perhaps unintentionally) when a lot of the suspects they deal with day to day happen to be black so their expectations for racial that group are lowered. End of the day, every suspect should be treated the same based on the type of offence being suspected, not the race but we all know a white person with a bag of marijuana will be treated a lot more leniently by cops and the justice system than a black person with the same amount.

I am not convinced by the traditional "marriage" argument, plenty of life partners can give kids just as good an upbringing as traditional married couples but I do agree having both parents present is a huge benefit in the life of any kid. edit (assuming the couple are happy and not hell-bent on making their own lives miserable because they can no longer stand each other)

I'm not religious. But the traditional marriage concept definitely has a higher outcome of intact families if you read the statistics.

The problem isis that intact families are not always happier, is it really a better environment for a kid for his/her parents to stay in a failing marriage and be miserable and have that affect the upbringing of their child? I am all for happy partnerships staying together but am not convinced that people staying in an unhappy marriage is necessarily better for a child's development.
