George Floyd death

So, it's like saying hey, he had underlying causes, but I shovelled COVID-19 into his mouth until those causes took effect.
Its more like not making judgements on cause of death before someone has had the time to determine cause of death.(someone with medical training to do so)
Stats arent racist .

A white cop kneeling on a black man's neck and he dies might just be.

But, lets put it another way (as I tend to do). A black cop is seen kneeling on a white persons neck, who dies, here in SA. You going to wait for "stats"?

Might be , could be , we dont know yet , could be a cop with a racist angle , could just be a guy who "contributed to" a guys death.
If they released the toxicology reports too then we would have more to go on.
What we do know is more whites die by cop than blacks and we know that cities arent torched and looted for them.

One incident is not a reliable stat.
Try to remove race from it and just view one human and another .

This is not the issue. The issue is how and why folks die via police action.

Why?

If he'd been drinking he'd have deserved that?

If he'd had a joint he'd have deserved that?

If his blood was a third cocaine he'd have deserved that?

Why?

Why do you need a toxicology report?

Why?

Because it would shed more light on an incident which we are discussing ?
Same as how past is brought up , lets give the present a fair shot too.

“The defendant had his knee on Mr. Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds in total. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was non-responsive."

Why are you so desperate to make something, anything, he did morally equivalent to his murder?

Why?

Best i can do is "contributed to" death said the trained medical expert.
Now just release the toxicology which was referenced and people will be more informed.

Edit -Nice appeal to emotion there , i never said i was drawing conclusions from anything other than facts

Tell you what. Don't really want to argue hatred with you right now. You carry on.
If nobody adds hate then there wont be any .
People need to just hop off this racialising everything , a human is dead , does it actually make any difference if colors were different ? No a human died.
Now once we get that part down then we can move to honestly viewing evidence to reveal malice or intent or negligence or whatever.

You are disingenuous in the extreme. Chat later.

The Eggshell Skull Rule

The eggshell skull rule, also known as the thin skull rule, is a principle which says that the frailty, weakness, sensitivity, or feebleness of a victim cannot be used as a defense in a tort case. Attorneys often invoke the eggshell skull rule when the negligence of the defendant aggravates a victim’s pre-existing injury or condition.

In simple terms, the rule says you must take the victim as he or she is found and cannot speculate on what might have happened if the victim had “normal” health or did not have a particular condition that predisposed them to a severe injury. This rule protects victims from their own vulnerability, something over which they have no control.

The term comes from the idea that if an individual’s skull was especially fragile—like the shell of an egg—and another person struck them in the head, the defendant (in the event of a lawsuit) would be liable for any damages they caused when they struck the thin-skulled person. In this case, a “normal” person might have suffered from headaches or mild bruising based on the force of the blow, whereas someone with an especially fragile skull might suffer brain damage or die from the exact same hit.

Regardless of the condition of the victim, however, the eggshell skull rule says the plaintiff bears no fault for their condition and that the defendant must take full responsibility for the injuries he or she caused.
