The only positive out of this is the virus will hopefully infect the stupid and help to improve the average IQ of the american population in the process.
It will also reinforce the belief in America that the virus only affects black Americans.
No one will put 2 & 2 together, that the virus targets those stupid enough not to take reasonable precautions against being infected.

Because not being allowed a haircut is as serious and cuts as deep as yet another murder of an unarmed black guy by the police? Is on the same scale as centuries old debate and discourse on African-American civil rights?
Yes, these protesters will lead to a spike in the cases and will get Grandma's killed. This is not being spoken about as well the scale and violence with these protests overtakes that concern. Which is sad and will probably be a major factor in reflection of this, the unintended consequence of these protests, will be the hundreds, if not thousands of additional deaths due to the virus.
But, hey why should most conservatives worry about that? They were happy for the sacrifice then, so why worry now?

Imagine Duterte or any other leader of any state disliked by the US using military helicopters against its own civilians. Or their president having to hide in a bunker from its own population. Duterte can arrive at any restaurant with one or two security and enjoy a meal. Any US president at any point in time requires weeks of joint planning between secret service, various special ops, snipers on roofs over a 20 block grid with military support and police to visit their own country. USD probably strengthened while most other countries would be paying triple for toilet paper right now.

The US probably do way to much for security for the president but that's true for all US presidents. They have a history of assasination attempts.
