George Floyd death

This situation, together with many previous cases, has proven that the concept of "African problems" is mostly biased; looting and burning of establishments, crime, racism, corruption, etc. The "developed and advanced" nations experience all the aforementioned issues.

I cannot bring myself to click the play button. We live in times where we are alone in sticky situations; people will rather record and upload on social media for a few clicks, likes and coin than to jump in and help.

Lol the 'protesters' aka looters aka thugs attacked the CNN building in Atlanta. Hahaha. The revolution eats its own.

How do you do fellow protesters?

It will be the fastest memory hole by leftists in history if the 2nd opinion confirms the first.

I mean it's not like I posted a whole thing on Tort Law and the Eggshell Skull Rule... Oh, wait, I did.

Unfortunately it is not relevant. If someone acting lawfully (such as arresting you) causes you to have a heart attack it is murder? Get out of here.

This is still wrong. No one is going to forget anything.

He would have still been alive today if those cops had not treated him with excessive force. The cops in the other case I linked also got off in the same manner, and it's sick.

(I do not condone rioting however).

Unfortunately it is relevant. Sitting on someone's chest for over 8 minutes while the person complains they cannot breathe is at the very least man slaughter. Get out of here.

I doubt all of this can be pinned on the Police. Looking at the indictment he acted and the Police reacted. The police thought he was resisting arrest, at that point he might have been in the middle of heart failure. How must the Police know? Not one of us know how much pressure the Police was exerting on his neck. As far as I can see it was not in a position to cut of airflow.

"As you find him", but whatever.

I guess we'll let the courts decide.

One of the things I am sick of though is these people who use every excuse to go on looting and vandalism sprees. Why do they have their own set of rules?

I guess it's out of the realm of possibility to restrain him in another manner? Such as hand and feet cuffs combined and throw him into a vehicle? There were 4 (FOUR) other officers around the guy. The fact that we have seen this done before and it is reoccurring is indicative of the fact that the police are not interested in improving policing.
