The logic seems to be, policeman is white, victim is black, therefore racism. Or, and stay with me on this one, or maybe the policeman was just a POS.
Another thought, if black people in the US don't want to be "harassed" by the police, maybe try not committing disproportionately higher rates of crime compared to other races. Just a thought. There needs to be a major culture change, and it's not police culture that's the big offeender.

There's a few videos of the of the Antifa types opening up a store or something and all the protesters standing around going wtf. But then once it is open and the first few start looting it's like the dam wall burst and everyone rush in to get their share.
