The culture war, the systems, the institutions, everything. The left is in power now in most of the western world..... which is why the radical left is surging now and probably will attempt a few violent takeovers within this decade. The current supposedly spontaneous riots is a dry run for that.

Except of course, the presidency, the senate, and the power to actually make and enforce laws. Right wing political bodies are still in ACTUAL power in the US and the UK the last I checked.

It's very selective, even here in our country. It's almost as if you could say it's only when other races commit an act against them. Very strange indeed, think people need to check crime stats to see who is doing the majority of killing and other violent crimes etc. Maybe then they would realize where they need to direct their anger towards once seeing the stats. It's a huge eye opener indeed

Directing it at innocent folk will not help anything

Because a statue of Stalin will change that?

The statues of Confederate Generals have done nothing to dispel the Lost Cause of the Confederacy myths of the Civil War. If anything the statues contributed to prolonging this myth.

As would a statue of Stalin. People would be questioning that if he is such a bad guy, why is there a statue of him, honouring his memory?

He was an evil demon, statues of him should be banned and honouring him be frowned upon at least as much as Hitler.

Firstly, Trump is not actually conservative.
Secondly, he only won slightly more than 50%.
Thirdly, all those things you think are conservative are actually neocon factions.
Fourthly, the acting power is not the actual power it's just the figurehead.

The actual right has no real power in murica. This includes all forms of power.

Enforcing laws are done by local police and courts in the US. Not federal police

Started way before Obama though, apparently it started with some law back 80s or 70s that involved lobbying. I don't know too much about the actual details

Exactly!

A slave trader who sent thousands of people to an oppressive life of slavery is also an evil person who does not deserve a statue honouring him.
