Contributing to someones death is


Both coroner reports ruled the death as homicide due to the way George was restrained. The only difference was that the Hennepin county coroner claimed it was due to heart attack and the private autopsy was due to asphyxia. The actual lead up cause of it on both reports were due to the way he was restrained from the police officers

In other words if George had not been pulled back out of the vehicle and kneeled on by multiple officers he would still be able to face the judge and courts for determining his "actual" guilt.

FYI Homicide is the murder of a person by another person whether there was intent or not.

Ruled homicide does not mean someone will face murder charges.

Maybe get some facts before you actually go around about claiming certain things like when in all your posts you have words like "probably", IIRC", "more than likely", "could be", " I have heard" and so on. Those words do not tend to show that you actually have facts.

Not necessarily, the orthodoxy is merely incorrect in some of it's conclusions and has a habit of confusing it's conclusions with the actual facts which are gobbled up by a gullible public with a interest in elevating themselves above their dark historical reality.
