I think you have just confused yourself with your own BS or you have no idea about the concept of time.

I'm not even sure what you are trying to say.

And there is the collectivism.

Make people who had no involvement in said atrocities pay people who were never victims of it.

And before you say it, there is a very easy way of dealing with the issues of the past. It is called justice. Not social justice, environmental justice, racial justice, just the ordinary tradition of justice that has been carefully developed over centuries. The kind that actually resolves problems of society instead of creating new ones.

So if an individual had their rights violated by the state, then the state should compensate them for it. Courts are very good at doing this type of calculation as they have decades of law that allows them to allocate compensation taking into account all the factors of that case.
Progressives don't like this, because it actually considers the rights of everyone.

For example, you are not going to have much success in claiming that the oppression of your ancestors is the reason why you need someone, whose grandfather did the oppression, to pay for your 5 kids with 4 different fathers.

You need to keep up, you attribute the good with all white people but not the bad which is exactly the point.

It's not even collectivism. It is selective, but collectively applied original sin at this point.

The bad was a previous generation. The good almost aswell at this point, but seems like you are still stuck in 1950.

Making it impossible to get certain types of contracts because the skin colour of your company isn't correct doesn't stop a single person? Its intent is to stop certain people from doing work with the government.

Why don't we look at Eskom, and how successful all the BEE contracts have been. You know because they all satisfied the most important thing in the world, the colour of the contractors skin.

That has way more to do with corrupt cadres using BEE than BEE itself.

Its not impossible, I work with companies that are not 100% black owned that have Eskom contracts. Is it perfect no does it serve a purpose a little yes. We should definitely work on it.

Until end last year I also worked with Government tenders, lots of white companies still get tenders if procedure are followed and no corruption is involved. The problem isn't BEE, the problem is ANC corruption. Vote them out and start seeing the difference.

The intention of BEE was to make "black" people rich at the cost of favoring them in tender processes. That is pure corruption at the level of legislation.
