Edit: oh and about the static i didn't look properly sorry my fault
Not to worry, it happens
yes the nasport is all the same, how can i determine then why i am downloading so much? or who is downloading so much?
We are about 4 computers on the network...
Ok, if the nasport stays the same throughout, it means that your account have not been 'compromised' per se. All usage are as sure heck coming from Your line and your line alone. You said your wireless is not enabled on your router so we rule that out as a suspect and move onto the 4 PCs in the network.
If I was you I'd install
NetLimiter Monitor (free) on each of the 4 PCs. Just make sure that they run all the time and that the users on the network does not Kill the monitor as it can only log when it's running. Then after about a week/few days check the usage stats on each PC and compare that with the Telkom Tracker stats. Allow for some minor deviations.
Then kill the user that (ab)used the cap. Or install the NetLimiter 2 Pro (28 Day evaluation period) edition on said PC to monitor where the usage comes from.
If you happen to have an additional PC standing there not 'doing anything' + time, there are some other "fun" ways of doing all the above without installing anything on the networked PCs. There are some Linux distros that could monitor internet usage quite nicely if you are up to it...
But I'd only do all this if I had time and I knew it was normal usage, and not eg. some virus/malware eating my cap, and I wanted to catch the perpetrator. To check if it is malware, kill all the normal apps on the PCs that would be using the internet for any reason eg. Firefox/IE/Email checkers/M$ Windows updater/skype/etc etc and get everyone away from the PCs. Then look at your router. The usage light should be idle/non-changing/static

. Allow for small inter-network usage every few minutes but not much more than that. If the usage light is till going crazy check from what PC it is coming from and unplug that cable to ensure it is the correct one. Get to work on said PC. Install NetLimiter 2 Pro to check where the usage is coming from and/or re-/install proper anti-virus&spyware software on that PC.
Hope that helps
