Hi there
So I got the 10+10 gb deal from 8ta, because my one friend is also with 8ta and he plays online games just fine.
But Saturday I bought Battlefield 4 and I keep getting this error that port 3659 is not open.So I went and port forwarded my router, downloaded a program that checks if the port is open and it is confirmed that the port is open (UPD and TCP).I have contacted EA support and they told me that the problem is with my ISP blocking the port (I thought 8ta is unrestricted) but anyway, I contacted 8ta and told them about my problem and all that the guy did is sent me a e-mail showing how to open ports?? My ports are already open, now 8ta just should allow it.I really want an answer to this, I didn't pay R400 for a game I can't play.
