I haveing been playing Battlefield 4 for a while now ..
what I am currently experiencing is that none of the mweb servers has pings next to them ,

Sometimes I can join those servers but most of the time im getting Connection closed when joining.,

This can either be that 8ta hasnt ported the battfield 4 servers which I doubt .

or that mweb and 8ta has to be ported or routes has to be setup ..

CAn someone confirm that they are having the same issues?

Infact a friend that plays with 8ta are having the same issues.

8ta or Mobile tech plz help ...

I have the same issues but it seems like it is not just MWEB servers. What I noticed is that every server where the port number is greater than 30000 has no ping and I can't connect. This is for some SA as well as International servers. I have tried opening ports on my router but it does not help.

I am using Telkom Mobile LTE.

Can someone from Telkom assist us please?

PLz telkom rep , give us an update, can you plz ask your technicians to open some ports for us,,

What ping rate do you guys get?

3G or LTE isn't the best of internet connectivity to choose when playing online...
Because of the ping...

getting about 40ms on the servers that do work, it seems that all server with a port higher than 30000 are experiencing this ,

3g is not the problem , must be routing issue,

8ta rep , shed some light if possible..

Agreed.

I wouldn't try online gaming with HSPA+s high latency.

However, LTE might be an option, as it has much lower latency than HSPA+, but only if you have a very good connection.

Guys plz shhhhhs, the issue isnt ping or latency , the issue is that some servers doesnt show ping at all, and we cant connect to those servers, normally servers with port of 30000 and heigher, the telkom server are perfect.,

It seems like mweb servers are at fault,

Dont troll this thread..

I'm having similar issues. It will just stuck at "connection" then it will show this message
"ERROR
Game disconnected: client closed down connection."

Nothing wrong with latency on LTE and it is definitely not the issue.
Here is my ping on a local server >>>> Ping.jpg

Most MMO's are fine, for FPS I wouldnt even consider using cellular data.
