Getting fit - advice needed

if you already have a myfitnesspal account, then you can access their BMR and BMI calculators on the website, I use it as well, my daily target is 1360 which is also below my BMR of 1750, it's all about balance and how quickly you want to shed the weight tied in with your exercise level.

Well that's coming up 6 weeks at the levels I mentioned, taken from and adhered to on myfitnesspal (300 cals below my BMR).

But it's clear that this is not sustainable and I understand now I need to up them a bit for a more balanced lifestyle which includes regular exercise and these oppressive weather conditions. I'm going to eat a bigger brekky and up the rest in drinks, see how it goes for a while.

BMI is probably one of the most useless measurements you can do.
