Getting old.

I think copa you should just go out more dude.

Might slow your posting down but go out dude, play some pool with mates or something like that.

Maybe you just need to leave it for a few weeks/months and then one day you'll pick it up and like playing it. Happened to me with Dragon Age. Got it, played some, left it for two months and then played a lot.

No more musing at our expense...

When did you realise that you are but a casual gamer?

*sigh*

When I recently acquired a computer (with a little help from my fantastic friends) that can actually play games, sort of.

The last game I played before this spate was probably Gothic 2, so it's been a while.

I WENT OUT LAST NIGHT.

To a church.

:o

Truth is, it's a weird time, everyone is kind of growing up and doing their own thing. It's a bit lame when your mates start getting married and their wives (who don't like you) won't allow them to see you. :p

It seems that you're suffering from a rather acute case of omfgn00bz0rz. Research has shown that lack of gaming over a prolonged period causes mental gaming faculties to deteriorate, leaving once adept gamers as nothing more than button-mashing monkeys. Fortunately, this can easily be cured by slowly reintegrating oneself to games over graceful periods--perhaps an hour a day--rather than choking on too much at once?

You called? :D

Oh, I don't think it's anything like that. I think that there are just games that are aimed more to, for lack of a better description, the "hardcore" market. Much like not everyone who reads might pick up something heavy and would rather settle for oh, I dunno... Mills & Boon :)

Have you tried Bejewelled? :D

Dragon Age is much more simplistic than Baldur's Gate, Planescape and the like were and is significantly more "automated."

Methinks that you've slipped into the frenetic mindset of the hack-and-slash shooty-bang-bang genre and hell, that's fine too. You'll never be welcome in my home, you filthy deranged maniac, but I can appreciate your rights :D

Dragons age was kinda dull. Yes I thought morrigan was sexy but the game itself was kinda boring. When I get bored of gaming I usually just go and pick up my guitar for a few hours that always remedies it.

Well, I did finish Singularity, that was AWESOME.

I guess I just have to accept that my days of being a dedicated professional are over.

It's just action RPG's and first person shooters from here. That's cool though.

Now where the **** is Diablo 3?

Dude, have you seen all the sex mods for Dragon Age? Hilarious. You should see Morrigan's bra-less attire. Yummy.

And yes, I realize just how sad that is.

I still love and accept you, even if I don't approve of your lifestyle.
